Is it possible to anchor a header in a CHM file that always stays visible when scrolling the content?
The attached picture shows a header that I have added with a master page.
I would like the header (logo and background) to remain visible when the page is scrolled.

Thanks for your suggestion.
I was able to change the skin file in an editor and remove the unwanted images.
However, I must say having to mess around in "code" like that in the editor is scary. Hopefully, a better approach will be developed for a future release.

Thanks for the idea. I just might be able to work with this. I will have to be selective when I first add the project to SourceSafe, but I think subsequent check ins/outs will only affect what I added initially (added files not included the temp files).
