It's OK you can stop worrying, I have worked it out. In the private field, "MADCAP" has to be all uppercase.

For example - "PRIVATE:MADCAP:FILENAME:file_extra"
but note that "filename" can be lowercase.

Well that's the problem - open with isn't there any more in Project organiser (but it is in the content explorer).

If you set the table width, and the width of the columns, then tables come through to Word OK. In fact, you usually only need to set the width of the first column and the second one automatically fills to the table size.

You can change the label in the Skin Editor.
Select the skin > Styles tab
