Re: How do I change heading "TOC" to "Table of Contents"?
I'm curious - what Flare template did you use? When I have used the auto-generate option I so get "Table of Contents", so it might be set somewhere in the template.

Re: Can I delete javascript files that imported from RH?
Those files were used by Adobe RH to manage language settings, sorting order, stop words, that sort of thing - you don't need them in Flare (it uses its own).
So you can delete them, but first use the link viewer to see if they are referenced in any other topics (and remove those references as well).

Re: Don't want the Skins folder
The quick answer is no, you can't prevent the Skins, Data, or Resources folders from appearing.
However, if you only need /Content, why don't you only copy that folder to your publish location?

Having a guess here.
Is it possible they have been disabled? Sometimes Word decides to do that - you have to go into Options and re-enable those add-ins.
For example, my adobe PDF plug-in regularly gets randomly turned off
- I choose File Options > Add-ins and scroll to the Disabled list.

Re: Can I delete javascript files that imported from RH?
You can probably delete the javascript files, but it depends on whether they are custom scripts for your project, or the general Robohelp (RH) ones. It has been a few years since I upgraded and things could have changed. RH script files began with ehlp*.js - these can be removed, but you also need ...

Following on from the above, you can create the entries for the ALIAS file in another column.

I use Excel and the file list to generate map IDs and alias files using the following steps. I then just copy the data from the generated columns and paste them ...

Re: advance to next topic?
If you open up the TOC file, you can change the view to Grid rather than Tree view. It is then very easy to double-click to open the next file in the toc. And you can also float the toc to a separate screen so that you can always view it.

Re: Page Layouts & Master Pages don't import????
It's been a while since I converted from Robohelp, but I don't think much has changed.
Yes, you have to recreate your page layouts and master pages.
The styles should come through into a CSS file. If you are getting spans, that might be the way the source code was set in RH.

Re: Imported topics not appearing in Search results
A topic can be set to not searchable in its properties.
Right click on the file and choose Properties and click the Topic Properties tab.
There is a Searchable check box down near the bottom of the tab.
You can also see this value using the File List it you want to check all files at once.

Yes, I've been filing bug reports, and I think the one you are referring to is one of mine.
After a change, something stopped working in the import process, and I reported that, and then they put in a fix to get back to where we started, so no, you probably won't see a change.

I don't think you are missing anything - reviewing is still quite manual. We use Word as part of our review process and then manually bring in the changes we want. Since I want to check any changes, I don't have a problem with this process.

One possibility is to export your required target to a new Flare project, and send that to the vendors. This way, you keep any savings you have by using variables, snippets and general single sourcing.
Look on the Project tab for the Export section.

You need to use the alias editor - you can look that up in the help for more details.
Basically, you go to the Project Organizer > Advanced, and find the CSH files, and double-click (or create) an alias file, where you can do the mapping.
