* EMF and WMF
* HDP and WDP
* EXPS and XPS
* XAML

You can change the author when you build a Word target. Flare "hides" this setting in one of its resource files.

The glossary proxy should appear in your HTML Help, and you can force the definitions to be displayed using CSS. The only downside is that the user won't be able to close them. I think that's OK for your goals, though.

Just to follow up, Flare 4 and Blaze have new zoom and font scale features. They're both at the bottom of the XML Editor.

You can use the "mc-disable-glossary-terms" style property to prevent Flare from creating automatic glossary links. You will probably want to create a span style class so that you can mark just the words you don't want to convert.
