our legal department just asked us to do the same thing ... must be that time of year ;). we found that using the Find in File seemed to speed up the process.
Example:

i don't know too much about what you are hoping for but i think the coolest things would be:

Re: [SOLVED] Mini-Tocs Pulling Entry Descriptions
When I set mc-heading-level to 0 and left mc-toc-depth to 6, it didnt post the h6 in the PDF TOC but it didnt post the h6 in the mini-proxies either. I tested the mc-heading-level and mc-toc-depth elements to see what results I could get. Here are the different tests that I ran:

Re: [SOLVED] Mini-Tocs Pulling Entry Descriptions
I have been working with this again, and I am running into an issue with my short description being pulled into the PDF TOC (the left hand pane). I would like to remove the h6.shortdesc from being pulled into the TOC but not remove it from the mini-toc proxies .... any thoughts?

Re: pre req / post req / ref in a rel tbl?
yea, it seems pretty easy to drag and drop files into the rel tbl to meet the needs of the team, and it is actually a great way to stay organized ... now if only i could seperate the different columns to different sections of a topic
