I hope you don't mind if I change the topic a bit. I'm strugging with creating a div.keeptogether style that keeps my images and tables with my captions. What are the steps involved? I think I've tried everything with avoiding page breaks, widow & orpahn control, etc. but it doesn't have any effect ...

CSH Developer's Guide?
I seem to recall Madcap had a Developer's Guide for implementing CSH. I found topics for creating the Alias files and hooks, but I can't find the information for developers to implement it. Anyone know where I can find this?

I have the same problem in one of my PDF targets. Let's see if we're having the same problem KT. Here is how my chapters start:
Heading 1: My Chapter Title
p: This chapter contains the following topics:
<mini toc Proxy> <---set for level 2 headings

Both my wife and I hate the new ribbon. She is an Excel expert working in human resources (compensation & benefits) and I'm the Word expert for documentation. I can't stand all the extra mouse clicks to do things that have always been available front and center, and she hates having to hunt and peck ...
