With Flare v4.2 You can now turn on AutoSave, This can be done by going into Tools, Options, On the Basic Tab, you can configure how often you want to save all of your open files.

Yes, Each Project would need a key, you can use different keys, or the same key if you want data mixed in together.

Yes, you can assign a different Skin to a differnt topic, You would just need to do a CSH call to open this topic with a different skin, See Flare's help file on Connecting Webhelp to an application for examples on how to open with a differnt skin

In your page layout, if you have an image in your Header or Footer besure that that image doesn't touch the Border os the header or footer in the page layout this should work for you. This will be corrected in a service update to Flare v.4

Not currently, With the way Beta's are always changing its very difficult to write code for it, as what is in the current release will may not be in the final release...

When Viewing the Dot Net Help from Flare, it lauches Flare v4.1 Build in Dot Net viewer and not the stand alone viewer, So in order to go back into Flare you have to close this built in viewer.
