Google analytics won't work for intranet sites, sorry.

. I do Flash output.
I tried the HTML 5 output but I need to support a wide variety of browsers and and that didn't work. So far the Flash outputs are working well.
Once I got used to Mimic it works fine for me.

Your webserver would need to be the control point, Flare doesn't have the ability to control access to topics

Mimic doesn't really do 3D interactive images, but if you have them, and they are websafe you should be able to insert them into a topic.

They should make that post a sticky, its the biggest issue with CHMs

Flare will recreate that directory if its not found, so deleting its not a problem

IT is possible to have a project open with a different skin, you could use a CSH call to open the different skin.

Dot Net is built in to windows 7, so I doubt that is the problem, Are your profiles roaming profiles, or local to the machine? try a local profile to see what happens.

In the past Madcap Would send an email if it was fixed, you can always call support and ask them if it was fixed.

Using two bubbles is the only way to have the two tails...

Does this occur in just this one project or all projects?

Were the images in the project or referenced out to a different location?

Indont believe wild cardvsearchesvare support. The old madcap toolbar add on for IE would do wildcard searches of a flare web help system. But that product may of been dropped. You would need to talk to madcap about that

There are a lot of changes from 4.2 and 6.1 but they can run on the same, machine, just never have them work on the same project, Flare v4 would freak out with the v6 files, So your best bet it so work in v6 with a new project completely,

In earlier versions of Flare, I had seen when you reinstalled or upgraded Flare it might unregister that dll, Looks like that issue is still around

That kb article was written by a fellow user, it always helps when the users of the software write the kb articles.

Do you have any antiviruis programs on anything that would of changed the file sturcutre? did you open it in an outside editor and save it?

I use vista 64 and do not have the problem, I just added Flare to the exception list and all worked, smoothly

Your alias file may contain references to files that don't exist, the project will still compile and work.

The anaylzer folder on your local drive has to be read write..

What kind of an appliation were you trying to record with Mimic? Web based? I have seen issues that web based ones may not work as well.

Have you tried to upgrade to Version 2 of feedback server, I know the madcap guys have done some changes on this.

Is it being called from a dot net application? How are you making the call? with the SDK? Does the test tool work for you?
