In regards to the Issue with the Logo, The Logo can be removed in Webhelp, For more information please see the following KB article.

Scott is correct, MOTW is not need if your help is on a websever. MOTW is only needed to turn off the activeX warning if your webhelp is on your local system.

If you have a print only set, and then on your webhelp target you would be sure to Exclude your Print Only condition, and If you had a screen only, then that would be excluded on your print output.

is this the same for every topic? If so then use two masterpages one for Print, and one for online. If you are still having issues then I would open a support ticket

When you insert a body snippet into the middle of a Paragraph the <P> tags will be stripped out. This is done to keep the XML correct as you can't have another <P> tag inside of a existing <P> tag.

The Body proxy can be changed in your stylesheet under BreadcrumbsProxy and Mc-Breadcrumbs-prefix. Flare doesn't give you the abilty to lock the top part of the page to have only the Breadcrumbs displayed.

I know that Capture does not have the ability to open a SVG file, You would need to find a tool to change it to a .bmp, jpg, .gif, .png or .tiff

I would recommend Feedback server also in this case, You can Feedack setup so that the user comments appear below your topic so your users could leave thier own processes.

Analyzer will scan your project for snippet suggestions, you may need to adjust the search size for the new snippets.

There is not trial version of Madpak, You would need to download each application seperately, The Madpak is a complete collection of all our software. Flare Can talk with Echo, Capture and Mimic, Analyzer, and you do not need to get Madpak to get those benifits.

If you only import one word file does it work? does it always error out on the same word file?

In Analyzer do any of the reports run? or can you view them?
