Thanks Pam, I will pass it along, I think the way the ratings are if the entire star is not coverred, it will put a number less than 40, I tried it on a topic in the Knowledge base, and it was 39.

Dave Lee is right, you would want to add it your HTML files and not the XML files, I will add this as a feature request

I would reinstall your Dot Drivers to see if that corrects the issue.

Does this happen if you open the sample project also? What is your default browser? If you are still having issues, I would uninstall and reinstall Flare.

do you know if you have Flash Player installed on your system?

I would recommend that you uninstall Flare and reinstall Flare, to see if this correct this issue.

There is a Strong Chance that the ability to remove the Splash Logo and the Caption will be In Flare Version 4. Due to development Issues I can't confirm anything untill Flare v4 ships. The more people who request it the better the chance it will make it to Flare V4.

I wasnt' able to get the Images to be inclulded if I have Flare save it as a Word Doc, But Wclass suggestion did work, and I will create a Knowledge base article on it,

I would check to see if there is cookie being saving to thier local System, Also as a workaround you can enable anonymous comments that won't require your users to register
