Re: Image not appearing in print as it should
Cool. Thanks, Lisa. I did as you said. I have two images and I set the conditions.
When I printed to Word, however, I had TWO images. One is still tiny and the other is the regular one I'm used to seeing.
Why would there be two images now? I set the condition for the first image to Online. I set ...

Re: Image not appearing in print as it should
What I usually do with images that need to be a specific size in print is add them twice to the topic. The first one I add a Screen-only condition to and leave it "as is." The second one I add a Print-only condition to and add in-line style code to control the sizing.

Image not appearing in print as it should
The image on my title page is a nice, big picture. This image shows up just fine in WebHelp. I made WebHelp my primary output so I can preview things.
The image shows up much smaller in print or Word output. Other images show up looking good. The title page image is messed up.

Re: ERROR: Topic included in Flare TOC more than once
I get round this by having a different TOC for print and for webhelp, and have no book links on the print version, but putting the conditions on the TOC will also work. My print documents are usually quite different than my webhelp, so separate tocs make sense for me.
So the TOC for the print ...

Re: ERROR: Topic included in Flare TOC more than once
If you have a book that's linked to a topic and the same topic is a separate TOC entry beneath that book, then the topic will be included twice in the output. Once for the book reference and once for the normal topic reference.

Re: What is "editdata.mso" -- ?
Thought I would post a followup. I opened the page giving me problems in the text editor. I found the line giving me the error:
<link rel="Edit-Time-Data" href="Virtual Genesys manual_01_files/editdata.mso" />
I found it within the HEAD tag. I didn't put it in there, but I removed it. Weird. I'll ...

Re: Exception: incorrect 'namespaceURI'
It seems that while Flare will indeed import RoboHelp projects, the hyperlinks and jumps and bookmarks must be redone afterwards.
Or, possibly, I simply messed up the import. SHRUG.

That is the file that is now whining at me about something. I have no idea what a *.mso file is.

Hey, it worked. Thanks a bunch, as usual. I deleted the images that were there, and then put them right back. But that eliminated the problem.

Re: Exception: incorrect 'namespaceURI'
This is odd. This concerns the very first page. I made each image linked to our website. Then I thought better of it, and went to change it back. That's when the error occurs.
I have changed other images back and forth until things make sense and have not run into this problem. I have no idea why ...

I have looked at this page and I am unable to find anything wrong with it.
How should I fix an incorrect "namepaceURI" when I don't know what that is or how to correct it?

Re: How to import one Flare project into another
How would I get into the code to do that? Right now I have to hover over the image to see where the link is pointing to.
Right-click on the picture and select Edit Picture. Then change/browse for the file name.
