You could batch process all the images with Capture v5 ( i think), so it'll automatically open all Capture images automatically-and remove all the watermarks for you as well.

i think this would fit into that ever building request for
Open Type font support.
Am pretty sure the dev team are on these since a lot professional type foundries are moving towards this standard font format

Tech Comms Book - Your Attention, Please
This may appear a bit out of topic, but I think its relevant generally for tech commers authoring professionally with Flare/Word, with all the single-sourcing, XML, ideas going around. Sometimes good not to lose sight of the basics.

Re: Multiple webhelp sites - same content folder
Make sure that you create a folder for each product and a common folder and then build the content up in there while still keeping everything in one Flare project. That should work out OK if you do not have to document extensive enterprise applications with 1,000 or more forms each and bazillion ...

Re: Index number spacing
no its not possible yet to create indexes the way you want yet. There is a workaround down. It involves a bit of digging into the actual index proxy stylesheet in the madcap.css file or something like that.

There is actually a good reason to reorganize Content folder
As i work on integrating more Flare projects,
i fidn there is indeed value in embedding your actual project content under another sub content folder..for example
Before

- Introduction
- Getting started
- Reference Guide
- Features
- Resources
now...

Re: Content Explorer/Organizing Folders question
my 2 cents
after you rename the folders, close any open topics that you have open in the workspace. This is so that you don't save any topics to the old folder (creating the folder names) its a long shot but a possibility, albeit low one in this scenario.

Re: Should Madcap merge Cross References and Hyperlinks?
My response to this post is...
No.
Cross-references and hyperlinks may both do the same thing, link you to other documents (or parts of documents).
But they both serve different types of linking mechanisms for different mediums.

You can click the messages tab.
You can click Save Log in the build window.
But if you are referring to the background Messages pane, not the one in the main build window,

Re: page break?
this is not a solution but in some instances it might work.
Try DIV (grouping the picture and figure caption tags together)
And in the style sheet set DIV's to avoid page-break inside.
See if that gives you better results.
