I just tested this and did not experience the problem described.
Using a Dell 24 as the main and a Dell 22 as the secondary.
I was able to Maximise Flare and it used the entire screen. I then restored Flare and stretched the framework to use the entire monitor.

Browser zoom.
If you have a scrolling mouse, hold the CTRL key down and scroll the mouse wheel. It should zoom in and out.
CTRL + and CTRL - should also perform the same.

Re: QR Code Shows as Grey/Gray Until Mouse Over
In the output the QR code becomes an image with a class applied to it.
Check your stylesheet on the base IMG style and also see if there is anything set on the MadCap|qrCode style.

We installed Feedback in December 2012 and are noticing big discrepancies in "number of visits" to each topic, as compared to Google Analytics. Google Analytics is reporting 8 to 10 times as many visits in any time period, but when I test my personal visits to a WebHelp output, the numbers agree ...

Out of the box thought for this..
Create a Target and TOC for XHTML Book and drop your topics in the TOC in the order you want them.
Build the output and open the output folder.
Notice, there is a single HTML page.

Hello dcole,
I am assuming there is a Link in the topic that points to a bookmark in the topic.
When you rename the file, it imports the local "Resources" also. Because it doesn't patch the links during the import process, it will bring the file on disk with it.

According the EULA -
You can install 2 copies of Flare so long as they are on different domains (Work and Home):
Eula - #2 explains the licensing and can be found in a folder called InstallerResources where the software is installed.

Generally Deleting the Source Control folder should fix this error.
When you open the project, you will get prompted to rebuild the Source Control Cache.
Generally this happens when a mix of Source Control operations happen using Flare and other tools to check files in and out.

I am unable to edit at a normal pace with Flare 8 because of its slowness. For example, I am currently editing a file of just under 10 KB. It often takes a few seconds to make a simple change, such as replacing a punctuation mark or selecting a word before replacing it.
