The FAQ could also provide links to the KB through the use of a CSH call. The "article#" of each topic is the CSHID for that topic.

HTML Help is very specific to its environment.
Be sure in the Flare project, you have the language settings set correctly in the Target file which tell the compiler how to proceed.

How about creating a new project and using the Global Project linking feature (see help file).
Condition the 12 topics with a condition such as "import" or whatever condition that is unique to those 12.

Again, I dont know your requirements, but in the web world - 800x600 is a good sized image at 72dpi or 300dpi but its probably much to wide for a PDF document who is limited on width by the page size.
Example:
If a pic has a width of 800 px and resolution of 300 dpi it should print at a width of 2 ...

Resizing the images is probably the problem here.
If you resize a 5mb image in Flare, its going to re-generate a new image from the original one. 5mb + 4mb = 9mb and thats a single image.
In the target on the advanced tab, there is an option for this in the Options section. The Help explains ...

The "Label" field for the Logo is not supported for the Logo style. Its not part of the property group.

When you get a chance, create a new skin, attach it to the target, then test the preview.
Sharon's problem came about because there was a style that had " " for the label.
