You'll need to create a separate target for each permutation and then create a Batch Target.
On the Batch Target, select each of your permutation targets and build away.

Re: Manage Recent Projects in Windows Task Bar
@Psider is correct. The list is maintained in the registry and the only safe method to clear them is the slow way. I'm not certain how many recent files it can hold, but I believe that it's fewer than 15. I've had 8 projects pinned on Flare for awhile.

Sorry, no. If the target is in the project everyone can see it.
I think it would cause problems if that weren't the case.

Re: Unable to link from one PDF to a Bookmark in another PDF
It's a bug. The PDF linking should work as you described. MC uses the APOSE PDF library rather than Adobe's library, which may be responsible for the break.

I asked Phind, who returned page, topic, and results.

Re: Any way to edit the Options menu options and/or the topic's context menu options?
Perhaps mentioning to those Highers that anyone can print anything from a browser no matter what you add to the code. Once that html leaves your control, there is virtually nothing you can do to prevent the user from doing what they will with the text. Efforts to that end from our side are nothing ...

That's basic html.
You cannot put slashes in a URL. A slash in any form in a URL is interpreted as reaching a new sub-directory.

This isn't an issue that Madcap can resolve.
It's SharePoint configuration. Don't look for any help from Microsoft.

@Steve, Me, either, but I've only just started using Flare's PDFs. If the PDF is readable, it's definitely an incompatibility with the Apose library or possibly a setting. But that's only one of many, given our lack of control over the tables that Apose uses to mimic Divs in PDFs.

Hi Tobias,
That's annoying, but there is nothing to be done about it. There are many PDF tools and libraries available. Their outputs might look identical, but internally, they'll vary widely. The only compatibility guarantee is visually appearance, and even that's not always the case.

Re: Publishing a single topic (keeping TOC /navigation menu items)
You're going to need two targets and two TOCs. Make one target publish that single page, then the other target publishes everything. It'd still be in the same project.

Re: Flare interprets tag in preformatted code text
Hi Mark,
Try removing the namespace definitions from the td and div tags.
I would probably also have gone with a Code Snippet and line numbers to display a log file rather than using a table and divs. It seems like a lot of overhead.

Re: structure and PDF publishing
If for each PDF target you use the same destination file you can easily put all of the PDFs in one location. Since it seems you're accessing them via Flare's html output, it really doesn't matter where they live. But typically, they tend to end up in a central location as a general best practice ...
