I can't seem to find how one can change the background color of an entire page for webhelp output. All the layout docs refer to printed output.

I'm trying to get the images (buttons) from one skin to another skin. I'm a writer not a programmer which is why I use Flare, I don't need to know whats going under the hood. I also do not have a dev group to query being the independent consultant.

How do I do this?
