I must be missing something...
Is there a way to insert table rows without using the menu command: Table>Insert>Rows Above/Rows Below.
To the left of the command, there is an icon suggesting at least a toolbar button somewhere...but I can't find it.
Or, perhaps there is a keyboard shortcut.
Thanks.

Searching for three questions marks (?)
Does anyone know how to search for question marks on the Search tab in the .chm file.
The string ? searches for 1 character.
The string ?? searches for 2 characters. And so on.
Even the string "???" searches for 3 characters.
How can I search for three question marks?

So, I guess you can choose between using Bookmarks in a topic or just having separate topics.
But, from what you say, the call from the code is the same. It's just a context number.

Context sensitive field level help
Hi, we know how to implement context sensitive window level help, but does anybody know how to implement context senstitive field level help using Flare. Also, from the programmers side - where can I find out what needs to be added to the C++ code. Any help getting started with this appreciated.

Re: Why did Flare keep scanning and scanning?
Thanks for the info - now you explain it, it makes sense.
I think in our case, the issue was about performance - how the ongoing scanning affected performance.
As far as I can tell, the integrity of the (four) Analyzer folders was maintained.

I have now set Master Stylesheet to (default) in the Primary target.

My stylesheet is stuck
Very strangely, my stylesheet seems to be stuck. Even if I take the line away from the code, the style remains.
Am I going mad? Is there some setting I am missing?
This screenshot shows the Topic Properties window with the stylesheet set and stuck.

Why did Flare keep scanning and scanning?
We have a huge help file with plenty of niggly little errors - both in the content and in the formatting. Recently, we ran a day-long workshop to get some of it sorted. So, for a day, we were running Flare as follows:

* Source project on file ...

Including H2s in the Table of Contents
For one of our products, we publish the release information in a .chm.
Each new release gets a topic. Each topic has about 30 H2s.
At the moment, the Table of Contents just lists the topics.
What I would like to do is list the topics and underneath each topic, its H2s.
Can anyone advise me? What ...

Re: Bookmarks with spaces
Thanks for the explanation. It makes sense.
The original application that allowed this was FrontPage.
And, yes I know, why did we build a help system using FrontPage :-)
If you had this problem, how would you go about fixing it in Flare - what would be your procedure. I have some ideas myself, but ...

Bookmarks with spaces
When we imported our help system from FrontPage (yes, I know) into Flare - we inherited loads of bookmarks containing spaces. I know that Flare doesn't like that - so we will sort it. One thing that is strange though is that when we preview the page from within Flare, the bookmarks work. It is only ...

That is great - thanks so much.
And then, if I wanted to add the standard text "Note" after the graphic (that is, as part of the style) - how would I do that?

Note box with graphic as style
In our inherited help file, all note, tip, and important boxes have been implemented as one row / two column tables - as shown here:

My question, of course, is how can I implement this as a style.

After a bit of fiddling I got it working using your method 2. I needed to add 6 styles in the end - for the various row types and column types. But it worked.

Re: Can't seem to get no borders on rows in tables
Okay, have confirmed that this is the issue now.
The table with table style is using the main stylesheet as well.
Is there any way to stop it doing so - just for tables of course.

Re: Can't seem to get no borders on rows in tables
Yes we have plenty of table tags and border attributes in the main stylesheet.
I guess the problem we have is that we are doing a gradual migration. We, unfortunately, have loads of tables that are not connected with a table style - and we are gradually switching them over. So, until everything is ...

Re: Can't seem to get no borders on rows in tables
Hi,
Yes I have two row patterns set up and Separator is set to None for both.
I looked at the post that you linked to - I am not sure it helps. I will investigate further.
In the mean time, any other help is appreciated.
