I have an old help system in html files. I want to move it into flare and edit it. HOWEVER:
Convert to XML wizard doesn't automatically appear when I try to add one of these topics through the content explorer rtclick "add new topic"
Where is the "Run Convert to XML Wizard on this entire directory ...

Does madcap have any plans to support users who aren't properly compensating for ion imbalances in the air? And could this issue affect how accurately MadCap published output renders Kermit the Frog's unique shade of green?

And most important of all, did you consider returning the ion generator ...

Got help from Rick--and it seems that our ftp host is somehow not playing nice with Madcap. Time for the IT guys...

Feedback works on my local compiled version of my help system, but after I publish my help system to an ftp server, feedback does nothing very dramatically. What's going on?

My hardware is brand new.

I'm using two monitors. I wonder if that confused my cursor. I have had other cursor issues within madcap's stuff when using two monitors.

Actually, it looks like my cursor went weird and the image map is fine. cursor is inverting its functions: it looks like a hand when it is *off* the hotspot, but looks like an arrow when it is *on* the hotspot. Not Madcap's bad.

I set up a lovely image map with some rectangles and some links, but when I compile and view in the browser, the hotspots are no longer over the parts of the picture where I put them.

Huh?

Does anybody know how to make a new copy of a project with a different name but all the same content?
