I know about the move up and move down feature to move around sections, but I have a variation of that question.
Is there an easier way to move large groups of documentation (sections that include H3, image, p....ect)? The problem comes when I try to select groups and it seems the computer "skips ...

page break?
Is anyone else having issues with Flare 5 as far as the page breaking in PDF output?
I double checked to make sure the stylesheet was set for print medium and page break: avoid, and yet it is still page breaking.

Re: Flare 5 punctuation
Kevin,
You were right. There was a span tag enclosing the end quote separate from the rest of the quote. I deleted the span tag and the new build is correct

Flare 5 punctuation
Has anyone found a work around for the punctuation bug? I tend to see periods on a new line by itself instead of at the end of the word. Here is another example currently in my PDF output.

It's odd that the boxes never showed up until version 5, but I deleted the extra images - and it seems to show correctly now.
Thanks Kevin,

I have a list of drop downs and am wondering if anyone could help me figure out what the extra little boxes are in the example?

Re: Restore Overwritten Output?
When you do a new build, it always deletes out the old output before creating the new one. I wrote a .bat file so all my projects build and then save to another folder, so I can keep the backup for those cakes when I screw up the new build.
I don't know of a way to get the old versions back. Sorry ...

Re: Flare V5 PDF terrible, going back to 4.2.1
You didn't see any new changes in version 5? There are lots of changes. I love it so far. Only thing is that I had work arounds for bugs in 4.2 that I have to fix now that the bugs are fixed.

This may seem a stupid question, but did you create a master TOC?

There is none that I know of, you could submit a feature request for future updates.

Re: AutoNumber issue - unwanted borders from td!
How does it mess up your tables when borders are switched off? That seems to me the only fix if you turn borders off. Otherwise, it may be a bug.

Re: Broswer Settings
I thought the browser settings are changed when the user themselves change their own browser settings on their own computer. I may be misunderstanding what you are trying to do, but the preferences shown are usually personal preference.

My topics hand heads and body, I think that is what you mean.
What are you trying to do with having multiple TOC within the same document? Maybe I can help if I knew what you were trying to do?

Re: adding TOCs to a TOC
I learned how to do this during the Madskills courses a few months back. First you must create multiple TOC's and give them specific names so you can tell them apart.
Open the main TOC you want to use. Then, go to Project Organizer>TOC>other list
You should be able to drag the file from project ...

I use windows vista and rarely do I get an image with the top cropped just a bit. Usually if delete the just captured image and capture again, then it will capture correctly.
