Now we have found this nice and free solution:
Every Team-Member works on his local drive. In addition we use one shared drive to merge and update all project files with Total Commander.

Working with Flare 4.1 on XP and saving/exporting the project to a shared drive somewhere deep down in my companys network structure...
Everything is ok, except the fact that Flare doesn't show new files like New Folder or "Create a new Topic file" if you create them.

Ah, you get an Alert sayin' "File has been modified... Bla...". That's ok for me.
