I am now using the paragraph option which is what I have used before and works more or less. The problem I now have is that on applying my td classes to cell (within a <p> tag) I get the formatting except that it looses the cell border. I am not setting the border in the <td> class ...

Yes desktop now ok. We copied the original again and it did get there but almighty slow. It doesn't make any sense that just running a dialogue box shuold take so long. Anyway I am now OK.
