Dear madcaps,

Re: Outputs, Relative File References, copy to a server folder
Was being dumb about output. I have now added conditions to folders I don't want output and exclude them in the target properties. Much better!
UPDATE: BUT my conditions won't stick. I set conditions on my folders and it seesm to loose them, why?

Failure setting conditions
Dear madcaps,
I am setting conditions at folder level. Mostly it works however for some folders, and it seems to be consistently the same files and with setting any condition, I get an alarming error and stack dump like this:

Any ideas why and how can I get rid of it ...

Keep with Next
Dear madcaps,
Is there a way using styles that a paragraph can be made to stay with the next one. I thought there might be a tag that could be applied - like for next style?
Otherwise I have to apply a div to almost everything with "aviod break" set.
Thank you................ liz

numbered lists, sub headings, continue numbering
Dear madcaps,
I want to be able to do this. The boxes only represent the paragraph position t is not what i want in terms of formatting :
15-05-2012 16-55-35.gif
So that my list numbering continues even though I have a heading (unnumbered) within the list. How could I do this?
Thank you ...

Re: Odd & Even Pages
Dear Lisa,
I am specifying a layout for every item to be sure that I get what I want and the page type. What I don't understand is that I never get an "intentionally left blank".
For example: I have two chapters the first one ends on a left page the following one specifies this:
15-05-2012 14-30 ...

Background Colour - transparent
Dear madcaps,
I have a coloured background for online output and this should have no background when the output is print. I have tried using "transparent" and it comes out as black. So for now I have set it to white but i would much rather use "transparent" or "none". Is this possible?

Drop Down - images on preview
Dear madcaps,
I have a problem using preview with my dropdowns, when I generate webhelp or preview I get a very large, fuzzy, pixellated right-hand, blue arrow. I have tracked it down to the MadCap|Dropdown style, but as far as I can see this seems to be alright, it uses the WebHelp/DropDownOpen ...
