See? I knew it was going to be something obvious... HOWEVER... when i went in to try to find and edit the menu proxy in the MasterPage - i don't see one. How can this be if i am seeing it in my output help?
I can add one, but what happens to the one that's in there now?

Unable to Change Look of Side Menu
I saw that this question was posted 3 years ago... but I don't see a resolution - at least not that worked for me.
The recommendation was to make sure that the styles were being changed in the skin for the correct medium (Web, Table, or Mobile). I see that the style settings I've made are for all 3 ...

Re: CONSTANT hanging using Flare 2018
Thanks... did all that early on... didn't really fix it... I suspect it has to do with our TFS integration... but i'm used to it now! lol

Re: Auto numbered paragraphs in snippets are overridden
Hi CM...
Yes... I most definitely have 2 styles: n=1, and n+1. However, luckily, the numbers seem to be working again. I ended up removing the problem snippets from the topic, closing the project, reopening the project, and reinsterting the snippets.

Re: Tables lose left margins when width Properties are chang
so... to my chagrin... but really kind of relieved... this was an issue of inline settings.. somehow the tables got set to Left in the properties and I didn't notice or see that. I generally have properties set to the default left margin... so not sure how this happened...

Re: Tables lose left margins when width Properties are chang
These are Table stylesheets for sure...
The issue with creating a new stylesheet is that i still can't set the overall table width - just the column widths individually. Unless there's a way that I am not seeing. :(

Tables lose left margins when width Properties are changed
I submitted a ticket to Tech Support to find out what was going on.. I was told this is apparently a bug that has now been reported and they will notify me IF a solution is found! This seems like kind of a major deal... it is for us! SHOW STOPPER IN FACT!

Re: Auto numbered paragraphs in snippets are overridden
o it to the first paragraph in the snippet
Thanks, but unfortunately, that's exactly how it is in the snippet... i have a style set up for n=1 and another style for n+1. but that is being overridden once i insert the Snippet into a topic... :-(

Auto numbered paragraphs in snippets are overridden
So I have several snippets that contain numbered steps as they are required for different areas of our system - so they appear in multiple topics. However, I just realized that once the snippets with these steps are inserted into a topic, the associated topic stylesheet is overriding the numbering ...

Re: Table Row and Column Formats are not applying correctly
see what CSS is being applied to each element. This will help you determine what is being applied at what level and from what source in order to determine what you need to override.
So... i tried that, but it all looks OK to me... it doesn't mean it's right, it just means, I don't really know ...

Table Row and Column Formats are not applying correctly
I've always had table challenges.... so to work around those, I've always used paragraph styles on top of the table styles.
However, I'm trying to simplify my project by creating my tables with the appropriate fonts and spacing to eliminate at least some of the need to have to apply individual ...

I just found out that this was related to some obscure conditional tags someone had set that I didn't believe were ever used so I never checked them... So sorry!

Re: Header in HTML5 help output is not reflecting TOC correc
So that DOES appear to be the problem... however, I cannot figure out WHY those topics aren't included in the output... neither are conditional... they are set for the same target... what else can I check?
Thanks.
Thanks.

there is not enough room in the space provided in the Top Nav skin so they are "off screen"

Header in HTML5 help output is not reflecting TOC correctly
I have 7 books in my TOC in Flare - but only 5 of these are showing up in the header on my home page. I've looked at every setting I can think of but can't find a reason for this.
As usual, i'm sure it's something obvious, but i'm not finding it - what setting determines what appears in the header ...

Re: Formatted Links are not consistent
Nothing has changed... and another thing I didn't mention is that these do not show up as broken links when I run Analyzer.
They also do not show as links in the Preview. However, I did convert spaces to underscores and regenerated and re-published... still no good. :?
Thanks for the suggestions ...

Re: Formatted Links are not consistent
Awesome guess... I hadn't thought of that, but these are both main topics... I double-checked, but neither of which have been conditionalized...
Thanks for trying tho!
