IF you are still having problems you may want to open a ticket with support, do you have any masterpages applied to your target that could be overwriting it?

I have used Flare v5 on Windows 7, had no problems with it, but Officaly they don't support it yet..

its always best to have at least one topic with a Header, that way flare will create the _CSH file in the output.

Sharepoint has not been tested with Flare, and it uses a strange Source Cotnrol that Flare doesn't alwatys like, IF you generate your files to a local location does it work? and then move them them to Storange point, You can always keep your working files in Storanepoint

Where these Robohelp Projects at one time? I have seen that in old Robohelp projects that are brought into Flare.

If you try it in one of the sample projects in Flare does it still do it? What happens with a new or different masterpage in V$?

DO you get those same errors if you generate a Robohelp project? I am wondering if Robohelp messed with the conversion, and Flare is just working with messed up files...

You can use a profile in Capture and it apply it to all the photo's with a batch job

If you have content that is tagged with 2 different conditions, and include will always override an exclude, so this is great when you have a topic tagged with 2 condtions such as RED and BLUE, and your target you only want the RED Condtion, and excluse the blue, So that the topic will appear ...

Flare doesn't import HLP Files, but you could try the following, Open the Robohelp for Word files in Robohelp HTML, this will create a XPJ or MPJ file, and then import this MPJ/XPJ file into Flare.

Are you importing the HTML Files? Or the HHP/XPJ? there should be not script errors if you are importing the XPJ Files...

Lisa is correct, With a CSH call you can call a value or an Identifer, it does the same thing, its just which is ever easier for your programers...

I am a running Flare v4 and V5 on the public beta of Windows 7 and it appears to work fine, but offically I don't think that madcap will support it untills it released,
