Re: Robo import error: Length cannot be less than zero

Flare was not designed to import RH 2002, But you could try importing the HHP file instead, It may work for you. IF you are still having problems contact Sales at Sales@madcapsoftware.com and they can get you in touch with Tech support

Have your Source control Client treat the flare files as Binary and not text, so it doesn't modify the files

Re: Re-create a project from the Publish folder

using the output in a new project you will not have a TOC, nor will any of your snippets, Index Entries, Concept links, will be gone, you will have topics, but little else, also be sure to remove the skinsuport folder. It would be best to find a backup version :)

If you update your topics Flare will scan the updates, but you should still be able to work in the project.

If you were sent the patch early, you may want to competely uninstall Flare and then reinstall Flare, it could be that the patch you recieved was the a beta copy and not the offial released verson

The more people that report that as a bug or issue, the better the chance it will get addrssed.. It comes down to resources, if 50 users request a feature, and only 2 request a different feature, which one do you think gets fixed first? :)

Re: Props file

You don't need the props file if you are never going to edit the image with Capture, Or do any linking of Variables, then you don't need the file. If you remove the Props file and then open the image again, you won't be able to remove any call outs or any other Capture features.
