You may want to send that as feature sugestion, so that the Madcap guys can add that info into the target.

You could just copy and paste from the Old TOC file into a new TOC file and se if that works for you.

I beleive you can change it if your help is embeded in your application or if you call it from your application,

You are on the right track, I would leavet the start page the same name, and just have your application make the call to the help file, that way your programmer doesn't have to do any different work for each of the help files.

if you publish to a server the catapult.zip file may list the files that were published
