If the imges are png's I have seen issues where Browsers and PDF won't convert them properly, if you try a different img type does it work?

Another option would be to login as a different user withg admin rights.

David is right, the Catalog file is really used for publishing, you don't always need to upload all of your webhelp output to your server when you only made a few changes, but the catalog file does get created for other outputs also

Each button is it on graphics file, you will have to changer ther color for each button, time consuming but not too difficult withg a good graphics program.

If you never need to edit the image in capture you can delete the props file, its just help capture with the layers that you add. if you remove the props file, the image will be flat, and your text boxes and features won't be able to removed..

The HTML Help viewer can be very Language Specific, if you test build webhelp output does it look ok?

Are you buiilding to share drive? or to a local drive, I would be sure that they can all try building it to a local drive to see if its a network issue.

Flare would create a header file for you, and give that to your develoiper, your developer should be able to pass a URL
