Add to the list of ''Open with'' programs?

I'd like to right-click and Open with using an application that's not listed.
• From within Flare, open an .htm file by using Notepad++.
• From within Flare, open a .css file by using TopStyle Lite.

How do I add these applications to the respective Open with right-click menus? …or is there another ...

I think you misunderstood. I have edited my question to make it clearer.

This isn't a one-time task. I'm looking to push content changes into the application quickly—Agile, continuous improvement to the app.

Continually publish the text and basic formatting (such as bold text, a hyperlink, or a bulleted list) to a standard output .

Thanks. I hadn't spotted the two tabs. Note to Flare's GUI designers: It's not intuitive to me that XML would display content without markup.

I was editing the mark-up of a topic, and now all my topics will only display in the text editor.
I was adding custom attributes to paragraphs, and cutting and pasting chunks of markup in and out of Notepad.

How do I get topics to display in the WYSIWYG editor ?

So still no DITA editing, even though the Help in version 5 was hinting that it's coming:
In this version, you cannot use Flare to edit DITA content natively.

It took me a few occurrences to realise what the problem is, but MadCap Flare stops responding (it hangs) when I use the LEFT ARROW key at the start of a document.
