I'm evaluating Flare, and am finding these odd behaviours concering conditions:

1- After importing a FM file that has the conditions, I'm finding that:
a) The conditions become available in the Flare condition selector window, but conditions that were applied to text in FM are not included with ...

All- I found that when I import a Framemaker document into Flare, the conditions are imported in that they're viewable from the condition editor. However, the conditions don't seem to be applied to text that was conditioned in FM. For example, text with the "Comment" condition in the FM file was ...

While experimenting with Flare (I have the trial version), I've noticed that it doesn't seem to be possible to do the following when editing a topic:

* Selecting (and dragging) more than one block at a time (such as to move steps 2 and 3 after steps 6 and 7).
* Dragging a block to a different ...

Can anyone recommend a review process in cases where the reviewer is a non-Windows user or when Exchange isn't the email system? For example, do you just make a (commentable) PDF of a topic and ask people to review it?

For those of you familiar with both Robohelp 8 and Flare 5, are there any Robohelp features that you prefer over Flare's for Help authoring? I'm considering upgrading from Robohelp 7 to one of these. (Assume the learning curve for each is not a factor.)
