Imported Framemaker conditions not applied!...
All- I found that when I import a Framemaker document into Flare, the conditions are imported in that they're viewable from the condition editor. However, the conditions don't seem to be applied to text that was conditioned in FM. For example, text with the "Comment" condition in the FM file was ...

"Unhandled exception" error occurs when sending review...
All-
When attempting to send a topic for review, the error "Unhandled exception....Adding the tip to the native ToolTip control did not succeed" appears. Any idea what might cause this? Please see attached gif for main graphic.

A couple questions on drag-and-drop when editing topic...
While experimenting with Flare (I have the trial version), I've noticed that it doesn't seem to be possible to do the following when editing a topic:
* Selecting (and dragging) more than one block at a time (such as to move steps 2 and 3 after steps 6 and 7).
* Dragging a block to a different ...

What's review process for non-Win reviewers or non-Exchange
Can anyone recommend a review process in cases where the reviewer is a non-Windows user or when Exchange isn't the email system? For example, do you just make a (commentable) PDF of a topic and ask people to review it?
Thx.

Any Robohelp features preferred to Flare's?
For those of you familiar with both Robohelp 8 and Flare 5, are there any Robohelp features that you prefer over Flare's for Help authoring? I'm considering upgrading from Robohelp 7 to one of these. (Assume the learning curve for each is not a factor.)
Thanks!

Any lost effeciencies moving from Frame to Flare?
All- I'm a prospective Flare purchaser and have question for those who've used FrameMaker 8 or 9 and Flare 5: With regard to general editing, formatting, project management, versioning, PDF outputs, quick writing jobs, etc; do you find than any type of operation is LESS efficient in Flare 5 (of ...

How to tell the "completeness" of your TOC?
Is there an easy way to tell which items in the Content Explorer are present in my project (which at my stage of understanding seems to be the Master TOC)? What I'd like to be able to do is view the Content Explorer in mode which will, say, highlight all items which are present in my Master TOC. In ...

How to return to WYSIWYG editor?
I've got a way newbie question: I'm test the trial version. I seem to have gotten into a mode where the editor is showing only in code mode. That is, the text in the editor shows all the XML code:

I can't seem to get out of this mode and back to the WHSIWYG mode, which is ...

Flare 5 Trial user confused about search behavior
All- I just imported a RoboHelp project in the trial version of Flare 5. I'm experimenting with the Find options. I see that I can search "(whole project)" for the first occurance of a string, but I don't understand how I can find the next occurence of the string in the project. If I press the Start ...
