I'm just curious...your legacy tool was putting the translations in the same project as the English? How was it doing that -- setting up a mirrored directory for each language within the Content folder? Or putting translated text in Conditional tags in the same topic as the English?

I know this is a little late, but I believe there's a simple solution to your problem.

If you have all the translated Flare projects, you can create a TOC in your main English project that links to these other projects. You would not be importing the translated content into your English project ...
