Re: mini-TOC styles
Look at p.MiniTOC1, p.MiniTOC2 and so on - that's where you define what your minitoc items look like.
you sure about this?? I don't have those styles, but the help says it's here:
MadCap | miniTocProxy > MiniTOC1

mini-TOC styles
I've changed the stylesheet, used formatting to look at the mini-TOC, and still it is BOLD and black in the topic.
I have a minTOC1, and just tried creating a miniTOC4. In the formatting window as well, nothing appears bold or black - all blue, underlined, and 'lighter'

Style to resize image by percent
Instead of resizing in image editor, I'd like to have a 75% style and a 60% style as those should be fine for most screenshots - wide ones at 75%, square ones where you can still see the text at 60%.
In the Unclassified group, I set the max-height and max-width for the two styles to 75 and 60 ...

location of images in skins
I know these were a pain to find to add to the skin, but now I want to find the logos and am having a helluva time.
Is there a way to see _where_ in explorer the image is located that is used in the skin??

anybody implemented a sitewide search, that searches within the html docs on the site??

getting code indents correctly on import or paste
I've gotten this to work in the past, but now it's not - in the imported docs, nor via copy and paste using 'paste inline text'
Wonder if it's that the code uses spaces instead of tabs, but thought even this version worked previously.
Any tips appreciated, thanks

I have a h1 topic with h2s on the same page - but they don't appear in the TOC??
I'm pretty sure this has worked in the past, or am I imagining it? Either forgot where this setting is, broke something, or Madcap changed something, help appreciated.

Re: image best practice for pdf?
I'm only resizing in snagit - the ginormous ones are not resized, as Word usually does this well. However, PDF does not.
Even the snagit-resized ones look crappy tho, and they're not scaled that much.

Can you use your browser's F12 style inspector to determine which styles are being applied? Or is this a public site where I could look at a page that has the issue? Hard to know for sure without seeing the code. I know in my main project, which is almost entirely from Word imports, I deal with ...

Actually, for ol ol and ol ol ol, these are defined by selecting the list-style-type (lower alpha and lower roman). This is in the Complex Selectors, so this is the place for it, and the right style to modify.

again, noticing everyone suggests looking at the code first, which I use as much as the wysiwyg editor, so always looking at it. Will start mentioning that (and wish it were that easy!)
thanks
