Feedback server is up and running, just need to get the comments part of it working...

How do we get it to work for our intranet site?
I enter the site address but it only checks the top level folder, it does not check all the projects in the Subsystem folder.

Do image maps work on thumbnails? I have created image map links on an image that is set to display as a thumbnail and the links do not work when I am viewing the output, the cursor does not change to recognise there is a link there at all.

Were you able to fix this issue? We are having the same problem when renaming images, the links are not updating even when the Update Links button is selected.

How do we change our WebHelp TOC to not open the attached topic when the user just wants to expand/open the TOC to see what is there? I am bad at explaining this so have attached an image as an example. If the user is in the home topic and wants to see what is under the Navigation TOC book ...
