Thanks Dave,
is there any way to move the search bar into the topic in the sidenav tripane view? I can't use the search bar proxy, fair enough, are there any other options?

@Dave Lee:

Is there a guide to editing custom skins to create my own?
I'd like to take a custom skin that comes with Flare and do some customizations of my own:
move the search bar into the topic window from above the topic window
support typeahead in search
How do I customize the custom skin not just change colors and such, but is there a guide that talks about ...

Are there any HTML5 skins without search or navigation
Yes, I know, it sounds weird. However, I've been getting a request from one group in my company that is asking can I deliver help with just topics? They don't want any top navigation (I am using the HTML5 Top Navigation skin) and no TOC. I know I can take care of that part by just not including a ...

You try this with the git@ and instead just entering the repository name? Don't you already have to enter your credentials when you create the link?

Now, I'm REALLY confused...
I pressed the enter key for about 3 lines, formatted them as <pre> copied and pasted the code and everything was left justified. The code is only 3 lines long but I'm testing this as a first pass. If this won't work, then I don't know how to do this for code samples that ...

Re: inserting code blocks into a topic
Hi,
Thank you for the detailed instructions. Just a question for clarification...
When you say "insert a block" what do you mean exactly? Are you saying insert a text box and format that with the <pre> tag? I did that and copied the code in and the text was all left-aligned.
Thank you in advance.

Re: Drop-Down Controls--Nested
I use nested drop-downs in WebHelp (often three of four levels), and I'm happy with the results. My overall requirements aren't that complex, though. All mine are closed initially and I don't think I've done anything specific to ensure that.
