Is there a listing of what is supported in what type of output in Flare? Meaning a table that shows what functionality is available for a particular type of output?

I've got a master page that i apply to all my topics which contains the following at the bottom of my web version of help (in drop-downs):

company
product version
contact us and social media links
support links

This works well enough in the web version of my output, but when I publish to ...

Are there more skins for Mobile Help available anywhere? What I'd like to do is actually put something behind the logo so if they tap the logo they can get information about the company.

So, and please, indulge my ignorance, IF I set the skin at the TOC level for my book:

Product Project
Book 1
Book 2

If I set, for example,

Book 1 associated with Skin 1
Book 2 associated with Skin 2

ALL of the topics will be displayed in the appropriate skin in that TOC?

I am trying to skin the TOC items in the left nav pane. I have been able to assign the specific icons for the specific TOC topics. So for example:

Topic 1 = Icon a
Topic 2 = Icon b

I've got a requirement to use custom icons for the TOC items.

I don't need a single icon for all the book level and a single icon for the topic level. I need to mimic the icons used in the corresponding application that allows me to use for example:
