Re: Topic not found in search results
My only other thought is if the words are surrounded by other tags, maybe that could affect them getting in to the search results. Perhaps check a few examples that aren't working to see if the html code looks different from working examples. Other than that, checking all the search settings to see ...

Are you wanting all topics that contain variable "var001" to change to use variable "var123"?
If so, maybe this topic helps?

Re: Difference Between FMCOpenHelp and MCOpenHelp
The only page that shows in search for FMCOpenHelp is this one. https://help.madcapsoftware.com/flare2023r2/Content/Search-Results.htm?q=FMCOpenHelp MCOpenHelp doesn't show up at all, but there is the similar MadCap.OpenHelp in the "CSH calls for HTML5 Output" topic. So at the least, the F...

Re: Topic not found in search results
Does ‘Algemene rapportagecodes’‘ appear in other topics and those topics also do not show up when you search for those words? I assume this is the case because of point #2 but figure it's worth double-checking.
Perhaps those words are in the stop words list?

Not really. I've occasionally seen one pop in (moreso in the past) but not recently.

Re: Importing From RH 2020? Best practices for importing large merged help system?
I can't help with the "rhpj when" side, but many, many years ago I worked on converting RH to Flare (maybe around RH8?). I dont know what's changed in the meantime, but you can use this list as a starting point for things to check as you convert. https://forums.madcapsoftware.com/viewtopic...

Re: Linking Stylesheets
One reason I could imagine is if you have a corporate stylesheet that defines the font size and font for headings etc, but you develop help for several products which are branded using different colours. You project stylesheet would define the specific colours to use for the headings, but not font s...

Re: Online Help structure for modular products
I have looked at this again and again and I cannot get my head around it. As far as I can see, the system described above is not for a context-sensitive help, rather for an online knowledge base like help. Is this correct, or have I misunderstood something? I cannot see how this is using multiple t...

Re: Code Snippet window not accessible
If you're using multiple monitors, or switching between using a laptop standalone and docked, windows can fall into the gap between monitors (figuratively speaking :) ). Sometimes you can get them back with a couple of key presses but it depends how the screen/window/dialog box has been coded. First...

I think you'd make the entire table a snippet, then insert that snippet into 3 topics, one for each product, applying the correct snippet conditions for each.

Another option could be overzealous antivirus. I've seen that lock files before. In a previous job we had to get IT to exclude the output folders from virus scan.

Re: Found non-table cell inside table row
I wonder if it's related to some sort of non-printing character that Word adds, which Flare doesn't like. The number of posts saying removing all the white spaces fixes the issue suggests this might be the case. It might be possible to locate the offending characters using a text editor like Notepad++

Re: CSP and CSP-report-only Headers in Flare Output
The headers are a web server config thing, generally speaking. Although there is a meta tag, from reading this page it seems the options are more limited than setting up the server to send the headers.

It could be the inline style on the img. It sets a vertical-align, so you could try removing that or adjusting the number to see what happens.

Maybe caching and they have an older version of the site or some of the files are causing conflicts/confusion (this is usually related to the javascript files which are usually considered static content by web servers)? They could try clearing the browser cache before each demo to see if that helps....

Re: Error in output for external URL hyperlink "Your browser isn't supported"
If it's opening within the chm window then the message is probably correct as the chm window uses some form of Internet Explorer (maximum 9 maybe?) which I don't think Salesforce supports. Perhaps you could try forcing the link to open in a new window, to see if that opens your default browser which...

Re: "The surrogate pair (0xD83D, 0xD83D) is invalid..." Word imp
You could try the following (the link image above has a name of 1f517.svg so I assumed that was the character code of the symbol). In Word, in a new paragraph type 1f517 then press Ctrl+X. That should change the code to a symbol. Then copy the symbol and paste it into the Find dialog box/panel. It'l...

For - ahem - a competing product I got our IT guys to set the max-age property (server header) for the folder where the toc, index and search js files live to 7 days. It could also be 0 days to never cache. So it should theoretically be easy for the hosting company to set the same for the Flare cont...

Hmm not easily with what we've done so far I think. Perhaps we can try a different approach using flex? Using the original css you posted, add the following to the div style: display: flex; justify-content: center; Then in the :before style, add margin: auto 24px auto auto; and delete the padding-ri...
