It would be in the h1 tag in the print medium. If you don't see it there, then you might have to set the text-decoration attribute to none.

The default behavior (in HTML, not Flare) for hyperlinked images is to have a border, unless you expressly tell it to not have a border. So you'll need to set the border value to 0 for the thumbnail image style in the Stylesheet Editor.
