Hi Tom,
Here is part of documentation for the converter:
This utility uses the published XML output from Author-it and converts it to a Flare project, while maintaining all project and source files. You may need Output generated by Author It.

Hi, I agree with FeeBeeGeeBee, and Flare's can confirm that its Author It converter converts Author IT tocs to Flare tocs. Give it a try! Please also read https://help.madcapsoftware.com/flare2019/Content/Flare/Importing/Converting-AuthorIt-Files.htm?Highlight=Author%20it. Unfortunately documentatio...

Re: back button disabled in all projects???
Hi,
actually, I've never heard of this before. So, I would try if original responsive theme from MADCAP has inherited this feature.
If not, try to start a new customized theme, doing modifications step by step.
Best is to start it with a new location for your customized themes.

Hello, what did you use for sources to Import from Help&Manual? I suggest to start Import with a hhp-result* that is created as simple as possible, means without a Skin and breadcrumbs. I assume that this comes without the div issue into Flare. * If you do not have the hhp-file you can try to im...

Hello,
I assume it depends on type of your target. Please look whether you find a way to define a list of stop words.

Re: NetHelp URLs that remain constant?
Hello EOM, It is possible in all D2H-versions since 2006! In general, Doc-To-Help generates topic URLs from topic titles automatically. In order to fix an URL to a topic you can do this in your source files, inside the topic, by using D2HML style. You may use them by clicking the topic properties bu...

Hi Jonny, new topics are created by Flare for different reasons, they need to be controlled by the user: 1. Page breaks in Word document Flare starts a new topic whenever it finds a page break; 2. The New Topic Styles Dialog of Import wizard Here you specify which style in Word documents will make F...

Re: Colors are different in Theme Designer/actual output
Hi, I guess I found the solution: You have modified your target template for Heading 1, ok? It's default value for color is automatic. To modify the color of text in the head of responsive NetHelp is to be done in your themes user.css: It already has the appropriate entry, namely c1headerText, you o...

Hi,
an additional remark to my last Question:
Does not Always mean not at all instances in the same help file opened with the same browser
or
is it browser dependent, means it's always ok in one browser but not ok in another browser?
