You can do this in two ways:

• Use mediums in your stylesheet: switch to the Print medium and configure your image tag for a specific size.
• Use Capture to manage the images: increase the DPI in the Print medium settings (you can batch that in a profile).

Word doesn't support DIV, which is what you get when you group, so that won't help your Word output.
