I have a 360 page print (Word) target where the output gets produced as expected, except for the placement of the TOC. Instead of being placed at the start of the document, it shows up between two sections, 250+ pages in. The TOC is accurate, just misplaced.
Is there some step I'm missing in setting up the target? I have "Generate TOC Proxy" and "Use TOC Depth for Heading Levels" checked in the Advanced Settings for the target
TOC shows up in middle of long Word document target

Hi Jeffrey,
Can you insert a Contents topic in your project and put a TOC proxy in that topic? I've always found that a more definitive way of locating the TOC in the structure.

Taking the manual TOC route seems to have done the trick. Thanks!
