Target Word results in error 10086

hello forum,

till now I use dotnethelp as target.
but for translation purposes I would like to have my project on paper, so I changed target to Word.
now building the target results in error 10086
(see attached pics also)
please help me with this one.

Have you looked into the different settings for the Word Target? Do you have a separate CSS stylesheet for print?

This looks a bit like a system problem - often can be fixed by making sure you have the right .NET installed.
You might be better off raising a support ticket with Madcap

I contacted MC support and its solved now.
MC sollution was:

Please go to File> Options> General and select the option to 'Import/Export Word Files Without MS Office.' After selecting that option, please click OK and then try building again.
