I have orphan lines in my PDF output. That is, HR (hard returns) that I've put into my online guide sometimes show up by themselves on their own page.
The suggestion I got from Madcap was the following:
"It looks like your horizontal rules are in a format called hr. In the css, you will want to set "page-break-before: avoid" for that style."
However, doing this had no effect on the PDF - the HR was still there on it's own line. Does anybody else have a different suggestion that might work?
