Misbehaving div

Post by ajturnersurrey »

Can anyone suggest a work around for this issue.

I have a div with width set to 60mm, generating a gold outline.

It should have this effect:
working_example.png
In 9 cases it works exactly as intended.

In one this happens:
erroneous_example.png
the width mysteriously decides to become 100%...

This only happens when the target is built. (It behaves as expected in the xml viewer, in the target preview and online versions.)

The code is identical in all 10 cases only the text and choice of screenshot changes.
The div contains two images (with absolute positioning) and a paragraph that should be highlighted by the gold outline.
So why might it not work for one, and only when the target is built???
