Output PDF files to folder structure

Output PDF files to folder structure

I have a PDF target which outputs each topic in a TOC to a different PDF file (using chapter breaks). This works fine, except it doesn't observe the folder structure in the TOC - i.e. all the PDFs are output to one folder. It's not a huge issue, but is there a way to output PDFs to a folder structure?
