We're writing tutorials for instructor-led courses. From the Flare project, we have a target for the student version and one for the instructor guide, which include discussion points, answer keys, etc. Currently we use the PDF Options page to restrict editing and copying of text and graphics. We have received a request to allow instructors to add comments. When you set up security in Adobe, you can allow changes that are constrained to commenting, filling in form fields, and signing existing signature fields. Is there a way to do this in our target properties? Will clearing the Restrict editing checkbox in the PDF options page, also enable extracting pages?
