Track Changes not preserved in a Topic Preview

Hi everyone,

I notice that the preview of a topic in Madcap Flare does not get updated unless the tracked-changes are accepted and saved in the topic.
Is there a way to see an updated preview based on the changes made to the topic via track changes but not yet saved?

We as authors in our team wish to track our changes in individual topics, and send the PDF of the topi-preview for review to our QA team. So, we would like to have our tracked-changes shown in the preview and save them in Madcap Flare only after the QA team approves our changes. If there is any other way of doing this, please let me know.
