Controling table output in Word after build

I have a problem with a table in my document.
How is it possible to control the document which is built into MS Word format.
In my default Page Layout file I have a table which fits well the footer frames.

Here is the picture of Flare Page Layout file with a table in a footer:

Unfortunately, after build the table is badly formatted, in such a way that some part of a table is missing.

Here is the table in MS WORD after build:

As you can see there are only five columns and there should be six!

Is it possible to control what is being done during the process of building?
How am I supposed to control the final output of MS Word file?
