Changes to flpgl file not displaying when built.

I have a cover.flpgl file that already has content. That content displays when built.
I am adding text to the file inside a decorator frame.
When I build, the new text is not displaying.
Do I need to do anything with the cover.htm topic?

I added text to a decorator frame that already existed, and that did display when built.

But when I added a new decorator frame with text, that content did not display.
I am building to a PDF.

I’m not certain where the problem may be, but the first thing I’d check is to make sure that the TOC item for the cover.htm is pointing to the correct .flpgl and to the correct page (likely the Title page?) in that .flpgl.
