In one of my books, I'm not getting page breaks in PDF at the start of topics. Each begins with the same kind of H1 paragraph as in other documents using the same stylesheet for which the breaks do work, with page-break-before set to "always". I'm not spotting a difference in the TOC document or the Target file.
I probably goofed a setting somewhere, but I'm not seeing where. Clues?
