Page numbers on TOC and Index generated via Proxy

Hi everyone,

Have I completely overlooked the obvious, or is there really no way to have the page numbers listed on the TOC and Index when generated via proxies?

I'm outputting to PDF, my TOC and Index are there (fabulous!) but no page numbers are listed. Since I'd like to use these as printed versions of the documentation, it's fairly useless without page numbers...

Is my only option outputting to Word? Or is there a way to get page numbers on the TOC and Index that are generated via proxies?

I didn't know *not* having page numbers was an option. Are the headings being picked up correctly?
