header rows don't continue in multi-page table

I have found that in a table that spans more than one page in the FrameMaker target, the header rows don't appear at the top of subsequent pages. Is there a way to make this happen?

Interestingly, they DO appear in the printed output from my FireFox browser.

This has been fixed in Flare 4.0.
